	click to enlarge   This National Trust beach has been the winner of the Readers Digest award for clean water bathing. A car park, with toilet block facilities available in the summer months, also lifeguards cover. A fine surfing beach, plenty of sand when the tide is out, reasonably sheltered from strong winds, except westerlies. A good place from which to explore this part of the South West Coast Path, magnificent seascapes, cliff top flowers, and wildlife, so don't forget your camera!		Advertise on this site
